Privacy policy

Stretch with Lana is run by LM & Friend’s Studios. This page says what we collect, why, and who handles it. Short version: only what's needed to book and run your calls, and it isn't sold to anyone.

What we collect

• Your name, email and phone number, when you book or pay.
• How you want the call (FaceTime, Zoom, Google Meet, Snapchat or phone) and the handle, email or number to reach you on.
• Anything you choose to tell us about what's tight or what you want to change.
• Payment details go to Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank numbers.

What it's used for

• Scheduling, confirming and running your calls, and sending your routine afterwards.
• Receipts, reminders and messages about your bookings.
• Nothing else. No marketing lists, no selling or renting your details.

Who handles it

• Stripe processes payments and stores the details you give at checkout.
• Calendly handles booking and puts your call on Lana's calendar.
• Vercel hosts this site and collects anonymous page-view counts (no cookies, no personal data).
• Email to hello@stretchwithlana.com is handled by Apple iCloud Mail.

Each of these has its own privacy policy for the data they process.

Cookies

This site sets none. Stripe's and Calendly's pages may set their own, for payments and scheduling to work.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and the terms of your plan, then deleted. Notes about your calls are kept while you're a client and deleted on request after.

Your choices

Email to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Payment records we're required to keep for tax purposes stay for the required period.

Age

Sessions are for adults. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
