Terms and cancellation policy

Stretch with Lana is operated by LM & Friend’s Studios. Booking a session means you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
Coaching sessions with Lana Madison, delivered by video call (FaceTime, Zoom, Google Meet or Snapchat). Sessions are coaching, not medical care, physical therapy or a diagnosis. Stretching carries some risk of injury. Check with your doctor before starting if you have an injury or a health condition, and stop if anything hurts. You're responsible for your own body during a session.
One call
One call, $500, paid by card on the booking page; then you pick your time on the calendar.
- Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
- No refunds.
- If you miss the call or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the call is used.
- If you join any plan within 30 days of your call, the $500 comes off your first payment. Lana sends you the code after your call.
- You may record the call for your own use.
Monthly plans: 2 calls a month, and weekly
2 calls a month (every other week) or weekly (four calls a month), on video, at times you set with Lana. Paid by card each month: 2 calls a month is $899.50 a month; weekly is $1,249.50 a month. For 2 calls a month, your introductory price is $599.50 a month for the first 72 hours after your first visit, then $749.50 a month for the next 7 days, then $899.50 a month. The price you start on stays for as long as your plan continues without a break. Visitors whose earlier offer promised an October 25 deadline keep that deadline; the booking page shows your applicable price and deadline.
- Two-month commitment. The first two monthly charges can't be cancelled; after that, cancel any time before your next charge.
- To cancel, email before your next charge date. We confirm within one business day and nothing further is charged.
- Prefer to pay by bank transfer? Email and Lana sends an invoice.
- If you join within 30 days of a single call, the $500 comes off your first payment.
- No partial refunds.
- Calls can be moved with 24 hours' notice. A call missed without notice counts as used. Unused calls don't carry into the next month.
- Private number: plan clients get Lana's private cell for scheduling and questions between calls. It's for you alone; passing it on ends the plan without refund. Single calls don't include it.
- Recording: you may record your calls for your own use. Lana only records a call with your okay first. Recordings are personal. Sharing, posting or selling them isn't allowed, and doing so ends the plan without refund.
Yearly plans by card
Either plan can be paid for the year up front by card. For 2 calls a month, the annual price follows the same introductory deadlines above: $5,395 during the first step, $7,495 during the next 7 days, then $8,995. Weekly is $12,495 a year. The booking page shows the full annual charge before you pay.

The year by bank transfer
48 weekly calls over 12 months, $12,495, paid in full by bank transfer before the first call. Transfers take 1 to 3 business days to land.

- Sessions can be moved with 24 hours' notice. A session missed without notice counts as used.
- Unused sessions expire 12 months after payment.
- Your first call is booked on the calendar after the payment lands; that slot becomes your standing weekly time, confirmed by text.
The year, exclusive
One seat. $29,500, paid in full by bank transfer before the first call. For 12 months from payment Lana takes on no other clients. Clients already mid-plan when the seat is bought finish their current term and are not renewed. Includes two calls a week (104 calls), a same-day line between calls, and your pick of times. The same rules as the year apply: non-refundable once paid, 24 hours' notice to move a call, unused calls expire 12 months after payment. Your second standing slot is set by text after your first booking.

Payments are processed by Stripe. On your card statement the charge shows as STRETCHWITHLANA.COM, like this:
