Stretch with Lana is operated by LM & Friends Studios. Booking a session means you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
Coaching sessions with Lana Madison, delivered by video call or phone. Sessions are coaching, not medical care, physical therapy or a diagnosis. Stretching carries some risk of injury. Check with your doctor before starting if you have an injury or a health condition, and stop if anything hurts. You're responsible for your own body during a session.
Intro call
One 30-minute call, $999, paid by card when you book. You pick your time on the calendar right after paying.
- Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
- No refunds.
- If you miss the call or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the call is used.
- If you start the monthly plan within 30 days of your intro call, the $999 comes off your first charge.
Monthly
Four calls a month, one a week, at a standing time. $2,799 a month, paid by card.
- Two-month commitment. $2,799 is charged to your card each month. The first two charges can't be cancelled; after that, cancel any time before your next charge.
- Up-front option: $5,099 charged to your card every two months instead of two monthly charges of $2,799. Non-refundable once charged. After the first two months, cancel any time before your next charge.
- If you start within 30 days of your intro call, the $999 comes off your first charge, monthly or up front.
- No partial refunds.
- Calls can be moved with 24 hours' notice. A call missed without notice counts as used. Unused calls don't carry into the next month.
The year
52 weekly calls over 12 months, $59,000, paid in full by bank transfer before the first call.
- Non-refundable once paid.
- Sessions can be moved with 24 hours' notice. A session missed without notice counts as used.
- Unused sessions expire 12 months after payment.
- Your first call is booked on the calendar right after payment; that slot becomes your standing weekly time, confirmed by text.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card statements and bank records show LM & Friends Studios. Prices are in US dollars. Bank transfer is available for any plan on request.
